When ordering our Charisma headband, you must select your head size, if no head size is selected we will automatically provide you with our regular size headband. At checkout you must agree to the terms and conditions, located in the description box. No refunds or exchanges of any kind will be accepted at this time. We will provide size adjustments/ minor repairs free of charge, but you are responsible for shipping fees when shipping item(s) to us and we will ship the item(s) back to you at no additional cost.
