1. Head Size Selection: It is your responsibility to select your head size when placing an order. If no head size is chosen, you will automatically receive a regular size.

2. Shipping Timeframe: Please allow a total of 4 weeks for your package to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number 2 weeks after placing your order, and an additional 2 weeks is required for production.

3. Shipping Method:
- Orders with 5 or fewer items are shipped via First Class USPS.
- Orders with 6 or more items are shipped via USPS Ground.
